I don't know that I would go that far - to put R. Yosef on trial for his racist statements. One must be awfully careful about putting limits on freedom of speech. Though maybe it should be considered in cases that could lead directly to bloodshed. There is a precedent for this in the case of Tatiana Soskin a few years ago. She drew a picture of a pig named Mohammad standing on a Koran and made posters that she was going to distribute. I think she got some prison time. Problem is who makes the decision about what constitutes incitement that could lead to bloodshed? Please forgive the English and the screwball order of the lines. I tried to fix it, but couldn't.
