I used to travel by bus a lot and in almost every egged bus i took there was at least two armed Israeli soldiers.
By this logic, all the bus bombing by Palestinian terrorists is legitimate, since in many of the victims were armed soldiers (i don't have actual statistics but wouldn't be surprised if for every 30 civilians killed there was more than one soldier)
