Netaniahu's insinuations reminds me of a joke about a grown man who drowned in a pool whos median height was 50cm.
Men are not equal. Even if you take men and wemen, it is obious ( I hope ) that they are not equal. The problem is, that there are always the exceptions in a group, which can skip the median ( probably, as much as there are below it ... ). Since we can never know, if someone can achieve more than it's median group ability, justise enforces us to give him a chance. that's why it is right to give weman a chance to go to flight course.
The facts are that most of the weman fail the course, but at least we gave them a chance. And another fact is, that there are few that do pass the course, and perform beyond their group median.
That is the whole point of equality !
