I don't know that I would go that far - to put R. Yosef on trial for his racist statements. One must be awfully careful about putting limits on freedom of speech. Though maybe it should be considered in cases that could lead directly to bloodshed. There is a precedent for this in the case of Tatiana Soskin a few years ago.
