Let’s make it clear, AKUM was not required to be shut off, they were not even claiming that, they have been requested to correct parts of their monopolistic behavior, nothing wrong with that.
Would you imagine that the declaration of Microsoft Company (Or IBM’s 15 years earlier) was leading to the company’s shut off? They have been required to correct their wrong doing (and pay for that during this process) is that seems to be wrong? Surprise, surprise, IBM previously and now Microsoft are working hard to correct their monopolistic behavior and paid billions in the process.
The wrong is on the AKUM side that they are trying to force the government monopolistic laws using anti-democratic means instead of doing just that…Correcting their monopolistic behavior.
I smell the fear on the side of AKUM that by admitting in wrong monopolistic doing may expose them to law suits. I smells the smell of money here…don’t you?
Possible bad smell of crtiminal conduct is in the air as well.....
