israel must not let the arabs out of their houses until the arabs decide to stop sending suicide bombers . or give the arabs money and send them out to live in jordan or any arab country they wish to go.

And why stop there?

Israel must tell each and every arab to stand in the corner of their houses, wearing dunces' hats on their heads, until the conditions you mentioned are fully fulfilled. And one hour before that will be pretty‏¹.
